House as on photos, beautiful. Location excellent, little touches make you feel at home. Every detail well thought of, kitchen full with everything that you ever thought might be useful. Bedrooms decent in size, beds extremely comfy, bed linen and towels of very good quality. Toiletries plentiful and good. Now, it all fades compared to the owners who were... like bff? Local tips for everything were absolutely the best, from beaches to fancy restaurants. They have filled the fridge with everything one needs to start holiday, and it is much more then usual. Wont tell more, but trust me, it will be great surprise. Definitely for people who want comfort, reasonable luxury, friendly atmosphere,.... We will be back, thanks Reni, thanks Andreas, see you!!

This was the best Airbnb experience I ever had. Our stay was amazing. The villa is beautifuly designed and super comfortable and clean. Everything was thought of; super comfortable mattresses and linens, high end toiletries and even towel warmers. They even had the kitchen fully stocked with fruits, veggies, dairy products, even wine!! This villa is all luxury. It's conveniently located near Volos and the and beautiful villeges of pelion. We were here in the winter time and there was plenty to do. But a summer vacation would be amazing too as the villa is right on the beach. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Nestled in a quiet area, a few meters away from a private beach, the villa is an incredible place to relax and recharge. It's luxuriously decorated, has a chef's kitchen and you'll have everything you need at your fingertips! It’s a 5 min drive to a local taverna right on the beach, a great fresh fish store, multiple bakeries and a butcher. The best feature of the villa is the host. Andreas is kind, generous and extremely responsive. He’s full of local tips and knows the area like the back of his palm. We can't wait to be back and will recommend it to our friends!

We had an amazing stay for a week at the villa. Everything was spotless when we arrived, so it was easy to settle in and get comfortable. It was a great location to do hikes nearby and also to just spend some hours at the house swimming and reading by the beach. We also enjoyed the extras that were provided like having enough food there so that we didn’t need to go grocery shopping on the first day. Very thoughtful! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with a beach within the reach by your hand, and a wast sea surface for a healthy swimming and having fun this might be a right choice. The property is designed with a taste, equipped in details and treated with a heart. The owner is always supportive with a piece of advice from locals. We liked the location of the property as well since we were always able to change the picture for the eyes by short rides to the nearby beaches. Stellar Meteors and Royal Tomb Museum are worth to consider a day trips.

The villa is wonderful ! For anyone looking to experience the Greek countryside - I highly recommend it. The villa is modern and very clean. It is literally just across a narrow one-car pathway from the water. There is an umbrella and beach chairs for the villa there. Each morning, the local fish and fruit vendors will slowly drive down the road with their offering. If you want some fresh fish or fresh fruit for lunch or dinner - there is nothing better ! The area is also well located. About 4 hours out of Athens, it is an easy drive - particularly on the toll roads. There are plenty of activities in the area - my daughter and I even took some scuba trips with the local shop in Affisos. Getting to Volos is also easy (if you will need a Covid PCR teat for example) and there are a lot of great restaurants in the area. The villa will stay cool on the hottest of days (we were there during the hottest week on record in Greece) and if you want to cool down in the gulf - it is but a stone's throw away.

Huge thanks for the exceptional hospitality! The house is beautiful, carefully designed with every detail. We lacked nothing. The house is luxurious, modern, air-conditioned and equipped with everything you could dream of, including bicycles and SAP. The fridge was full of goodies, a huge fruit platter, wine and delicacies. The beds are comfortable, the textiles. And the highlight of course - the fabulous beach just a few steps away. Everything was extraordinary. We had the best time

Just spent a week at this house . To start off , Evie was a super helpful and responsive host who answered any questions we had prior to our stay . She also stayed in touch during our stay answering any questions quickly . The house is a semi detached one , part of a small development of about 10-12 units . We never felt a lack of privacy at all despite having several neighbors right nearby . The highlight of the property is of course the beach which is right in front of the front patio / outdoor sitting area. What a luxury to hear the waves from any part of the house. It is however a rocky beach like many Greek ones , not a sandy one. A small unpaved access road does separate the house from the beach but it didn’t really retract from the peacefulness of the area. The house is almost brand new very clean and the amenities were high level even if the rooms were not very spacious . To sum it up great value and beach front so can’t ask for much more .
